Warriors Compete Well at ICS Chess Tournament



On December 2nd ICS hosted its first Immanuel Warriors Scholastic Chess Tournament. 11 schools from across the city of El Paso were recognized.



Our very own ICS Chess Team won the Elementary/Middle School division. The team included: Enrique Briones, Ari Colmanero, Angel Corona, Kash Laffan, Titus Laffan, and Daniel Akpovi.


Enrique Briones came in in 3rd overall in the Elementary/Middle School Division!



Likewise, our ICS High School Chess Team won the High School Division, the team included: Pamela Espinoza, Israel Molina, Joshua Quijas, Mirabelle Rocha, Brayden Reyna, and Adrian Carrillo.
