Financial Aid Guidelines

1. Financial Aid monies are available from Immanuel Christian School in limited amounts and must be applied for on an annual basis.
2. Applications for funds will be taken during the summer for the following school year.
3. Only students who have attended ICS for a period of one year or longer will be considered.
4. Students must have good conduct records in order to be considered.
5. In general, only 12 to 15 aid packages are awarded each year and are based on the following criteria:
   
   1. Need based. (The average salary for families who receive scholarship money does not exceed $40,000 per year.)
   2. Consideration will be given to families with more than one child.
   3. Financial information must be verifiable.
   4. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration. For example: financial hardship because of the loss of a job, medical condition in the immediate family requiring diversion of funds normally set aside for regular expenses, multiple children, children in college.
